That belief has shaped my career for more than 25 years and continues to guide my work today.

I began my career as an Optometrist and later qualified as an Independent Prescribing Optometrist with a specialist interest in glaucoma and the management of complex eye conditions. Over more than two decades, I cared for thousands of patients, owned multiple independent optometry practices and developed a deep appreciation for the role that preventative healthcare plays in helping people remain independent throughout later life.

Today, as Founder of Always Best Care Henderson & Boulder City, I lead a team dedicated to supporting older adults and their families through high quality, compassionate home care.

I am passionate about advancing healthy aging, strengthening community healthcare and encouraging greater collaboration across providers to improve outcomes for older adults and their families.
